First of all, I am extremely angry. I am angry and unhappy that I discovered your hotel so late - I passed the building so many times staying in crownes, danubes and the likes in Bratislava.
I was extremely satisfied in terms of quality of rooms, cleanliness, breakfast and most importantly staff.
The biggest surprise came with the bill - I paid much less than I usually do in Bratislava.
Well done and I hope I can come back soon.
