Victor, Moscow, Russische Föderation (16.03.2010 11:53:55)I would higly recommend this hotel to others. All is perfect - room, stuff, location. It's absolutely worth for money. By points:
- Near center of the city 10 minutes by straight metro line
- Very easy to reach airport ~ 40-50 minutes, first by metro and then by train
- Very kind stuff on the reception - al necessary info regarding city sightseengs and shopping
- Great breakfasts
- 50-70 meters from metro stations
- Very good view on the city (city side of the hotel)
- Calm and clear place near Pratter park

Sehr gutes Hotel nach neuestem Standard, gute Verkehrsanbindung, Verbesserungsvorschlag: Im Frühstücks-Bereich mehr Personal, Personalschulung, Beispiel: Der Kehrbesen für den Boden wird schwingend auf Tischhöhe zurückgetragen, unzumutbar; Vollständiges Aufdecken der Tische üben, Ich will beim Frühstück keine Wettex-Fetzen in Kübeln auf einem Wagerl auf Tischhöhe bei mir vorbeifahren sehen, das ist einem 4-Sterne Hotel nicht würdig. Anderer Organisationsablauf der Tischabräumung und Tischneubedeckung meines Erachtens nötig.
Sonst top.
