Vibration training, offered in a variety of contexts (high-performance sports, fitness, rehabilitation, medicine, prevention, beauty). It serves to improve performance of the musculature, as well as to enhance coordination and a sense of balance.

The goal is to strengthen the relevant muscle groups and thus relieve some of the stresses placed upon the spine. This is particularly important since, due to the natural aging process, these muscles become more and more vital in providing the support the spine requires.
