Our 120,000 m² grounds also give you the chance to enjoy the sporting challenges that come with a round of mini golf. In the warmer months of summer, we encourage you to stretch out on the sunbathing lawns, discovering the peace and relaxation you have been yearning for.
If you want to keep in shape, you should check out our jogging trails through the Vienna Woods or explore the two hiking paths which run past the hotel.
Excursions
Numerous excursion opportunities also await you in the surrounding region: whether you prefer to visit a traditional Viennese wine tavern, take a Danube ferry ride to the verdant countryside of the Wachau, or simply enjoy a stroll through the Donauauen - there is essentially no limit to your recreational possibilities.
Sights
Close to the hotel we find the “Am Steinhof” church, built by Otto Wagner and a central work of the Vienna Jugendstil movement, including glass mosaics by Koloman Moser. From the terrace of the hotel, you can enjoy views of Schönbrunn Palace, the former summer residence of the Habsburgs, as well as its beautiful grounds and the Gloriette.
