Cycling & Mountain Biking

The gentle countryside of the Thermenregion is exceptionally well-suited for Nordic-walking tours. This form of “quick walking with poles” is a nice change of pace from traditional hiking. The targeted use of all major muscle groups is gentle on your joints and an effective method of improving endurance and increasing your overall fitness level.

Tennis, mini golf and volleyball are an important part of your vacation picture as well. This region has so many activities in store for you, no matter what the season, no matter what your tastes. Equestrian fans aren’t in the slightest short-changed either. The riding stables in Loipersdorf offer courses for beginners and experienced riders, along with Icelandic ponies that captivate big and small alike.
