The hotel is eager for money and unwilling to help customers in cases where they make an obvious mistake in the reservation. When booking a room in January, the default month on booking.com's calendar was February. I reserved a room for the month I intended to stay at the hotel. Despite making another reservation for the correct dates, neither Booking nor the hotel are willing to cancel the reservation made a month ahead. It's unfortunate.

I was a guest in Austria Trend hotels in Graz and Salzburg. Hotel is very nice and comfortable, with friendly staff. Distance from the center of old city (and advent fair) is acceptable for nice walk, so no need to use car or public transport if you don't want to. View to the Salzburg and Alps behind from the restoran is very nice. Room is clean and comfortable. My experience for staying in Austria - first try to find hotel of Austria Trend Hotels.
