Lots of runners make the most of the early morning, especially in the summer months. Vienna’s lush green oases come into their own in the cool morning air.

    Early runners meeting rollover Schönbrunn

    The running group meets every Thursday at 06:30 am in front of the Meidlinger Tor to run hill repeats up the Gloriette hill. In addition, every week there is a different motto on the programme.

    Early runners meeting Runtasia

    The start is on Thursdays at 6:00 am: the Runtasia early runners' group, which takes place from May to September, has four to five different focal points every month, such as step runs or hill repeats. Depending on the focus, the meeting point is in the Prater, on the Markwardstiege or on the Nussberg.
