We stayed a week. The room was comfortable and quiet. The executive lounge was excellent, very comfortable with a great range of snacks and drinks. It was lovely to be able to sit there with friends in the evening. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Better quality cosmetics and thicker, larger towels in the bathroom would have made it perfect.

We had a nice large room with a terrace which was lovely and quiet - one of the quietest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was excellent.

Lovely stay. Spacious, clean, quiet room. Very good bathroom layout (ie separate toilet and bidet). Very good location for travel to and from airport by train and easy walk into City Centre. Friendly staff and good choice of drinks at the bar.

We were very happy with our stay at the Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen from 15.-18. April. The location was ideal, not at all noisy but at the same time very close to the city center. There was excellent access to the hotel with the public trasportation. The personnel at the reception was amazingly friendly and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and easy and we appreciated the early check-in possibility for a small extra fee. It saved us half a day. The ladies at the reception were even kind enough to give us great tipps for places to visit in Vienna. The room was spacious, it overlooked an internal garden and was quiet, the bed was very comfortable (best sleep we've had in a long time!), the daily room service kept our room perfectly clean and the sitting space in the room (couch, table and desk) was very cozy for chatting, snacking etc. It was great that there was an ironing room available at all times at the hotel so that we could refresh our clothes which were wrinkled in the suitcase. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and we will most definitely choose the same hotel when we come again to Vienna. Absolutely recommended!

Very big hotel with very good attention to the hosts. Nice rooms and all you need to work properly from them.
