The extremely late check-in in one of the rooms and the darkness in the bathroom for 3 days out of our 4-day stay was a disturbing and unpleasant experience in this high-rated hotel. During our previous visits everything was flawless, the negative experiences were surprising this time.

Everything was OK. Room price rate was fair. Some Ibis hotels in Vien in this period have as same room price level as this one. Breakfast is very good, especially bacon. Hotel location very suitable to our needs.

Brilliant waiters and house keeping, but check in desk staff could have been more polite and welcoming. When we walked in one was on the phone but the others were ignoring us. We had to wait a bit for them to check us it and they did not make us feel welcome. However, everthing else was impeccable . Brilliant hotel and location. I must once again highlight the waiters at the cafe. I wuld probably visit again.

Repeating customer, always stay at the hotel whenever in Vienna . We love the location being 2 minutes walk from the Uban , round the corner from the Oberlaa cafe and the Plachutta restaurant.

The hotel is huge and it has a spectacular lobby. The Christmas decor itself worths a visit. Very spacious room and very clean. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent - it is just outside the boundary walls of Schönbrunn Palace. One of the gates of the palace is 2 minutes walking distance - to reach the main gate it takes about 12-15 minutes walking. You can also take metro or tram to reach there - only one stop. The Hietzing underground station is very close, the metro line U4 connects you to the Vienna centre. Many buses and trams stop at the street level of the Hietzing station. There are few restaurants, take away and a McDonald within 3-4 minutes walking distance as well as two supermarkets. There is a small garden inside the hotel (though no flowers in the winter time), where you can walk, sit and walk your pets. We felt the room price was value for money.

I stayed at the Trend Park Hotel, Schonbrunn for two events over the weekend. One at the Hofburg, the other a Dinner at the Park Hotel. The staff at reception were first class, explaining everything to me for my stay. My room was excellent. Breakfast was first class. My only niggle was the number of guests arriving for breakfast on Sunday morning at the same time ( not the fault of the hotel). The event on Saturday evening was well run. Excellent food and copious amount of drinks. Overall I had an excellent stay and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended. Many thanks.
