The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and our room was spotless. This was already our fourth or fifth stay — the location is perfect for the Raimund Theatre. We’ll be happy to return!

We attend regularly this hotel and love its location and friendly staff. This time two topics brought some problems: the mattrasses (it was like lying in two major gaps in your bed) and cleanness of the bathrooom.
