I emailed asking for a booking return call to ensure I received the group discount that my fellow travellers from Nielsen were recieving and I did not get a call so I booked on line adding in the comments box I was part of the Nielsen group. On arrival I was told because I had booked online I had to pay double the rest of my group. This was appalling despite me having the proof I had emailed and requested.
