I came away with mixed feelings. The staff were excellent, the room was comfortable and clean. However the breakfast was unacceptable, and the lack of mini fridge or room service was disappointing. Oh and randomly my room key stopped working - not once, not twice, but three times. I take extra care with magnetic strip keys due to previous experience with them failing, often due to proximity to mobile phones - so this is very surprising and really should not be an issue in a modern hotel. Non magnetic keys are widely available.

The hotel staff is courteous and willing to help at all times. The hotel is close to the city centre and a 7 minute tram ride will get you there. We had a wonderful experience and would certainly choose the Austria ?? Trend Savoyen again.

Week long holiday. Great sleeps! Beds are top notch. Always seems calm hotel once you come back from a tourist day! Location is ideal for tram and train options. I used to have to travel for business a lot, Austrian Trend Savoyen is my favourite!

The hotel overall is good, but the bath tower are so old and worn out, and rough, using it feel like sand papers…the towers should be replaced

We have a very nice and comfortable stay at your hotel. We enjoyed sauna and gym. It was nice to have everything near or at hand - city,train, bus, cycles exct. Three days and so much to see in Wien, so hotel hours were few but enjoyed all these moments.

Nice structure, kind and helpful staff, good service overall but more attention should be paid to maintenance. I'm going back to Vienna for New Year's Eve and would like to stay with you if the price is competitive, but I'm thinking about it for the above.

We stayed at Hotel Savoyen Vienna between August 12–15, 2025. Overall, it is a fine hotel with comfortable rooms and a good atmosphere. However, our arrival was less smooth due to problems with the electronic room keys. A bellboy kindly escorted us to our room, but we were told we would need an escort again just to lock it when leaving. The next day, when I asked for assistance, the front desk curtly told me to come down and pick up newly programmed keys, instead of sending them to the room. While the hotel itself is pleasant, the service at the concierge/front desk could have been more accommodating and considerate.

The hotel is an easy to arrive from the airport via the train as the station is a 5 minute walk . Found the room to be extremely large , the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also large with a tub and shower . It’s about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Vienna Overall it was very quite and clean I’d recommend this for a stay in vienna

The hotel was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and very helpful in getting our travel arrangements settled for checkout day. There was always water in the lobby, which was really a nice touch for the hot weather. The only criticism I have is that the shower head has to be pointed at the wall (away from the shower door) or it floods the bathroom. It's very hard to shower that way, so we ended up using a LOT of towels every day to soak up the mess. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was in a great location just out of the centre but easily within reach on foot, via tram or U-Bahn and immediately adjacent to the Belvedere. Very quiet and restful at night with good quiet aircon. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is excellent. The staff is friendly and able to answer any questions about the hotel or the city. They recommended good restaurants, provided information about transportation options around the city, and places to visit. They have buffet breakfast with choices for every taste. Great Hotel. Perfect location between train station and downtown. Very nice to be so close to the Belvedere as well. The staff was amazing from reception to the breakfast restaurant. They all treated us like we were a priority. Room was perfectly clean and well appointed. They also gave me a surprise bottle of Bubbly as well as some fresh baking treats and an apple! We had a wonderful stay here. Highly recommend it.

Check-in was trouble-free. The person at the reception was friendly. Good service at the bar when we were there. The bedroom was big with plenty of storage space. However, the room service was very average: Bedroom was clean but wasn't really done up properly: duvets were hastily folded, pillows weren't fluffed, the dustbin wasn't closed properly, the used tea bag was never replaced. Dust collecting on the tissue dispenser. And at check-out, the person didn't ask us if our stay had gone well. Very impersonal . Was it because a lot of people were waiting to check out?

The furniture is nice, especially the two closet. The sofa set and small table are convenient. Bed, night stands and desk are quite standard.

I had a wonderful experience while I was in Vienna at this hotel! It was absolutely beautiful and the room was so spacious, particularly for the price! I also loved that it was right in the heart of Vienna and only minutes away from some amazing food and the Belvedere Palace as well as the train station. It was so convenient and absolutely worth the price to stay!

The hotel is not in the pedestrian center, but it is very well connected to the airport and served very well by trams. The size of the room was good, pity that the TV was a bit small and that there was no Nespresso machine. Breakfast needs improvement for the sweet part.

Your staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful throughout our stay . Our room was splendid, with separate bath and shower We loved the fact that you are so close to the botanic garden and Belvedere Tram and train connections excellent Our holiday was a treat .

We had a comfortable stay. I’m not sure it was great value for money, but it was comfortable and staff are very pleasant, like most people in Vienna. Public transport is great, making most locations easily accessible

I saw your go green campaign after my reservation when i arrive to hotel and show my ticket they said you should apply before . İts same price but they didnt accept my go green apply. İts only system thing . Sometimes rules could be soft for that kind of nice approaches
