The hotel rooms are spacious, the staff are generally friendly and the location is excellent. I stayed for five nights and did not try the breakfast, so cannot comment on that. However, the stay was overshadowed by several serious shortcomings that are not acceptable for a four-star property. 1. Ironing facilities The hotel does not provide irons or ironing boards to rooms, and instead directs all guests to a shared “ironing room” with two boards for the entire hotel. The equipment was old and not particularly clean. I was told by a manager that this was due to fire safety. If that is the case, the rooms should be renovated to comply with safety requirements, rather than asking guests to carry clothes through the hotel and use a utility room on another floor. This practice is below the standards of even a three-star property and is totally unacceptable for a four-star hotel. 2. Climate control / AC The climate control in my room was effectively disabled in November. Even when set to the lowest temperature, the room remained between 23–24°C and the only way to cool it enough to sleep was to keep the window open. I reported this issue, and it took multiple follow-ups before anyone came to check it. Staff confirmed the system is centrally limited, and despite attempts an override could not be done. A room move was offered, but it was clear the issue was systemic rather than room-specific. 3. Service responsiveness and solutions The confusion over the AC settings, the ironing policy, and the lack of a clear solution gave the impression that the hotel is not equipped to deal with very basic guest comfort issues. A four-star property should never leave a guest waiting for assistance, or be unable to provide a simple resolution. 4. General cost-cutting approach There were other details that contributed to a negative impression: slightly limited gym (the only resistance machine was missing parts), no complimentary water, cheap soap and shampoo dispensers, and very thin towels. These may sound small individually, but they reinforce the feeling that the hotel prioritises cost-saving over guest experience. These are not minor inconveniences but fundamental service and facility issues that are simply not compatible with the hotel’s advertised category. I have stayed in many hotels of all price points, and I have had better experiences in budget properties. Overall, this was the most stressful hotel stay I have had, and I would not return.

Beautiful hotel. My room what hugh and included all what we need. It is located in very well located zone for transportation, comerciales and restaurants. Walking distance to Belvedere and other important buildings.
