We enjoyed very much staying in this hotel. The breakfast was good. In a few days the fruits were to ripe to eat. The room was big and very clean. I would recommend that you have rooms with double bed. I mentioned in the emails that we travel with our 3 years old son that sleeps in our bed. There was no double bed and no topper on top because you don't have. Just two single beds united. In a premium room!

Great location. Air-conditioning!! Nice size rooms. Fridge in room! Decent noon checkout time. Don't have breakfast - it's VERY expensive and just a basic buffet with limited choice!! Go for room only - there are places nearby where you can have a substantial breakfast for less than half the price.

This hotel is well located in close proximity to the train station and within a reasonable walk from many interesting city sights. The dining staff in the hotel are consummate professionals, and the housekeeping staff ensures the rooms are kept tidy. The breakfast buffet has great variety, and I especially enjoyed the access to abundant coffee drinks from the machine, as well as the omelet-to-order station.

We are on a multiweek tour through Europe and this was a lovely find. We recently stayed 4 nights.The hotel is tastefully decorated, well organized, and the staff was wonderful. It even smelled nice throughout the property. We did not try any of the amenities, so I cannot comment on those. Location wise, it is great. There are plenty of places to eat and do some quick shopping in the immediate area. It is very close to tram and bus stops, and the neighborhood felt clean and safe even after dark. Bonus for us, it had a min fridge. With a teen in the party, we have a tendency to have food and drink stashed everywhere:) If you want to be in the middle of the main tourist areas, this may not be the best location. However, most attractions are only a short tram or bus ride away. We reserved a Superior room and it was very spacious, with two twin beds. After a couple of smaller hotel stays elsewhere on this trip, the extra space was much appreciated. The room was very quiet only every once in a while heard people above us and I think that was actually housekeeping vacuuming. My only complaint is the shower/tub combination. The tub has a very high step in and an equally high step out. I am 5'8" and found it surprisingly awkward and a little concerning. My daughter is 5'2" and a teen, and felt the same way. Neither of us has mobility issues, but we both thought a fall could easily result in an injury. We also were not fans of the half glass shower wall. No matter how we adjusted the shower head, a significant amount of water ended up on the bathroom floor. The towels in the photo were needed to keep the floor dry. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again. The spacious room, convenient location, and excellent staff outweighed our concerns about the shower design. The price we paid was definitely fair compared to the property and location. I would definitely stay here, and I will be recommending it.

We were very pleased with our stay at this establishment. From the moment you walk in the door, you can feel it in the air that you’re going to have a marvelous stay. Katarina was extremely pleasant and kind to us. She definitely helped in making my birthday trip feel even more special.

We were very impressed with our room, very clean, comfortable beds and great facilities and obviously environmentally friendly. It was very airy and roomy, almost as big as our flat at home! The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and plentiful and very well organised. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We came because of a recommendation from a friend and will certainly recommend it on to our other friends.

The hotel is great, the location is superb, the staff is nice, the breakfast options could be improved, but it's highly subjective, all in all it was a great experience, I highly recommend it.

Great location, beautiful hotel, and the lobby smells amazing. However, for the price, there were many issues with cleanliness, staff attitude, and Expedia breakfast confusion. I paid for breakfast but it was not included.

The rooms are very spacious (35 m²), modern, and comfortable. The location is fantastic, with public transport only 100 meters away, and attractions such as Ringstrasse, Belvedere, and the Botanical Garden just a short 10-minute walk away. There is also a public garage with direct hotel access at a reasonable daily price of €18. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay.

A great hotel for a super location and very reasonable prices. The hotel is spacious and the rooms are huge. The spa and sauna facility is fantastic. It is in a quiet area but very close to everything you need.

Helpful, friendly are just a few words to describe the staff. I also really loved the hotel, and enjoyed my stay very much. It’s location is also what made it perfect, I found a gym 2 minutes away and many food spots.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The tomatoes at the breakfast buffet were clearly cheap and poor quality, tasteless and unripe. There were no tomatoes among the grilled vegetables at the buffet. There was no warning that I had to turn on the fan in the thermostat when I arrived in my room, otherwise the temperature control would not work. I was bothered that the sauna wasn't working. Your questionnaire annoys me because I have to fill in all the items when I just want to write a summary rating. I click 8 everywhere, I don't care.

I liked the location of the hotel, it is very nice and the room was also big and quite comfortable, I had an small issue with a shower gel and asked from reception to care of it, the issue was addressed very quickly. What I didn't like is the breakfast experience : the food was very good and tasty, however it seems that the staff only interested in clearing the table, whithout knowing I didn't finish my breakfast, this was extremely unpleasant.
