Dear Yoshikazu, thank you for the taking up the time to tell us about these concerns of yours. About what happened, in Austria all cans and pet bottles have a deposit of 25 cents each, which is why housekeeping did not want to take the cans without your explicit permission. All waste is of course disposed of properly internly in our hotel. Moving forward we will take care of this for you Mr. W. and we are looking forward to welcoming you at the Savoyen again very soon!
