Look to see whether the property has centrally controlled air conditioning/heating. They may not be transparent about their schedule to switch between systems.

Your comments will be taken into consideration as we continually strive to enhance our guest experience. Sincerely, Christian Reitbauer and your Austria Trend Hotel Ananas Team

Excellent proximity to public transport (U-Bahn). However, the ongoing works in the surrounding area gives the impression of a permanent construction site.

While we appreciate your positive note on our location, we understand that the construction in the area may have impacted your experience. We value your comments and hope to welcome you back under improved circumstances. Sincerely, Christian Reitbauer and your Austria Trend Hotel Ananas Team

Jade Tavares was especially helpful with my complex reservation that was part covered by the event at the hotel and part personal. Nice place with great staff and enough English speaking staff to be helpful to us. Very glad that we stayed here beyond the business meeting dates. With U Bahn Pilgrimstrasse stop a short walk away this hotel is very convenient for touring Vienna. Bar staff top flight. Thanks to all.

Good location and looks good from the outside but room dated. TV has limited channels, no coffee making facilities in room and bathroom dated and floor was dirty. There is a small shop by reception but reception will not sell the products to you.

Proximity to the train was the best. Food options abound in the nearby area. Room was small for three people but served our need just fine as we were out most of the time.

I was very pleased with my stay. The price-to-service ratio was excellent. Our room was ready upon arrival, the staff was welcoming, and check-out was smooth. The room was quiet, spacious and comfortably air-conditioned. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage in the luggage room before going to the airport. The location is excellent, with the U4 and 13A bus nearby, as well as many restaurants and a lovely neighborhood for evening walks. The only minor issue was the somewhat noisy bathroom ventilation, especially at night. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and excellent value for money.

Its location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and other transport links, making it convenient to get around. The open buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of food. All of the staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. Dear Austria Trend Hotel Ananas Team, Thank you for your email and for inviting me to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, I must say that I was really upset and disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. Upon my arrival, I immediately noticed that the cabinet, the coffee table, and even the curtains were covered with a significant amount of dust. As someone who suffers from sinusitis and allergies, this unfortunately triggered my symptoms and affected my comfort during my stay. I wanted to report the issue on my first day. However, I was in Vienna for an important appointment at the embassy and had a very busy schedule, so I did not have the opportunity to inform the reception immediately. I understand that maintaining a hotel and preparing rooms for guests is a demanding job, and I appreciate the hard work of your housekeeping staff. However, I sincerely hope that in the future, the housekeeping manager or supervisor will inspect each room carefully before guests arrive. Dust on the furniture and curtains should not be overlooked, as it can negatively affect guests, especially those with allergies or respiratory conditions. I am sharing this feedback because I hope it will help improve the quality of your service. Cleanliness is one of the most important expectations when staying at a hotel, and I believe no guest should have to experience this. Thank you for taking the time to read my comments. I hope my feedback will be taken into consideration, and I hope future guests will have a better experience. Kind regards, Abigail D.

The hotel is good and worth the price. Location is especially great. Only complaints are one of the reciptionists was rude and the shower was cramped with a door that did not close all the way.

Neither my mobile nor my laptop could connect to the WIFI from my room, 593. This was mentioned on 2 separate days to the reception, who would call a technician. But it was never fixed. The same equipment could connect in the corridor in front of the lifts, in the restaurant and in the room with the reception. The equipment could not not obtain an ip address from the WIFI in my room. As a consequence I could not work in my room.

Hotel reply

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your experience regarding the connectivity issues you faced during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the Wi-Fi problems in your room, as we understand the importance of reliable internet access for work purposes. It is unfortunate that the necessary resolution was not achieved during your time with us. Your feedback will be reviewed with our team to enhance our services and ensure similar situations are addressed more effectively in the future. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back for a more pleasant stay. Best regards, Christian Reitbauer and your Austria Trend Hotel Ananas Team
