Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Its location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and other transport links, making it convenient to get around. The open buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of food. All of the staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. The young trainee staff were also incredibly sweet, welcoming, and attentive. Their positive attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. I would also highly recommend this hotel to others.

Dear Austria Trend Hotel Ananas Team, Thank you for your email and for inviting me to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, I must say that I was really upset and disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. Upon my arrival, I immediately noticed that the cabinet, the coffee table, and even the curtains were covered with a significant amount of dust. As someone who suffers from sinusitis and allergies, this unfortunately triggered my symptoms and affected my comfort during my stay. I wanted to report the issue on my first day. However, I was in Vienna for an important appointment at the embassy and had a very busy schedule, so I did not have the opportunity to inform the reception immediately. I understand that maintaining a hotel and preparing rooms for guests is a demanding job, and I appreciate the hard work of your housekeeping staff. However, I sincerely hope that in the future, the housekeeping manager or supervisor will inspect each room carefully before guests arrive. Dust on the furniture and curtains should not be overlooked, as it can negatively affect guests, especially those with allergies or respiratory conditions. I am sharing this feedback because I hope it will help improve the quality of your service. Cleanliness is one of the most important expectations when staying at a hotel, and I believe no guest should have to experience this. Thank you for taking the time to read my comments. The hotel is good and worth the price. Location is especially great. Only complaints are one of the reciptionists was rude and the shower was cramped with a door that did not close all the way.

A price / quality very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms with good beds. Very good breakfast in a pleasant environment.

Excellent value for money. I hope it will remain that way, as I plan to visit again in the future and would be happy to stay at your hotel again. I also hope the construction work in front of the hotel will be completed soon.
