WE PAID THE HOTEL BILL WITH A CREDIT CARD AS SPECIFIED IN THE RESERVATION, BUT CHECKING LATER I ALSO FOUND THE CHARGE ON THE CREDIT CARD USED TO GUARANTEE THE RESERVATION. I IMMEDIATELY SENT EMAIL TO THE MANAGEMENT BUT TODAY I STILL HAVEN'T GOT IT. I AM CERTAIN THAT THEIR PROFESSIONALISM WILL RESULT IN THE REFUND OF THE AMOUNT.
