Brilliant stay , lovely room, great staff and I'm really glad I decided to eat my evening meal here. Great service all round at a brilliant price.

Nobody told me that parking outside was charged until the checkout. That was an unpleasant surprise. Other than that it was a Nice stay we might come back next year.

We loved: hotel location, modern and spacious bedroom, cleanliness of facilities, good customer service. Would be even better if: room thermostat worked, water and hot drink supplies had been replenished, breakfast was better value (we ate out because of this).

We enjoyed staying at your hotel. It was in a good location, it was relatively modern and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful with any issues.

Spacious room and very neat. Breakfast was great. The staff was exceptional! They were so nice and super helpful.

The experience was not at all satisfactory. Old, unclean and stale hotel with no way to contact the reception. Saving grace was the friendly reception staff otherwise I would have complained. Overpriced without breakfast and really small, old rooms. Not worth the money.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and eco friendly (electric turns off when you leave the room and take your key card, it was the first time I saw that technology in a hotel). The sauna and steam room were also well kept and very pleasant for apres ski
