Except the heat problem the hotel meet our expectation, but was very uncomfortable to stay into a room 18 degree an winter season. I cannot recommend to anyone.

Make sure that the HVAC is managed and invest in your breakfast offerings. Buy quality bread and real croissants, not just dough in the form of a croissants. Breakfast is important. Clean and deep clean your carpet, not only in the room, but also in the corridors the carpet was filled with stains. Place your ashtrays somewhere else, having it at the entrance is not welcoming.

Good location,size of the room,very good TV,very good windows isolation. When you have visitors,that must not sleep at running aircondition it is strange no one to react by helping to fix this issue. Luckily my family did not get sick.
