Amazing service, great room, friendly staff and amazing views.
The hotel is eager for money and unwilling to help customers in cases where they make an obvious mistake in the reservation. When booking a room in January, the default month on booking.com's calendar was February. I reserved a room for the month I intended to stay at the hotel. Despite making another reservation for the correct dates, neither Booking nor the hotel are willing to cancel the reservation made a month ahead. It's unfortunate.
