Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie insbesondere unsere zentrale Lage sowie das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis positiv hervorheben konnten. Gleichzeitig bedauern wir, dass der Zustand der Zimmerausstattung, die Lüftung, die Qualität einiger Frühstücksprodukte sowie die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Ihre Anmerkungen sind für uns sehr wertvoll und wurden bereits an die zuständigen Abteilungen weitergeleitet.
