Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Room was fine but the new beds are terrible. Compared to Marriott hotel beds yours are too hard and uncomfortable. I had a bad back ache the next morning. We complained and your staff moved us to the 1st floor which had the old style beds. This made sleep more comfortable. Coffee cream is not suitable for tea drinkers. I had to ask reception for milk when we arrived and I purchased fresh milk for the rest of our stay.
