Superior Room | Parkhotel Schönbrunn in Vienna

Cooling

The control on the wall is used ONLY for cooling the room and defines from which room temperature the air conditioner should start its work or which target temperature it should maintain.

  • The desired temperature in the room can be defined via the rotating knob. Marking at the top In the middle = 24°C (=75.2 °F). Turning knob to the left = temperature is lowered by 3°C (= 69.8 °F), turning knob to the right = temperature is increased by 3°C (= 80.6 °F).
  • The ventilation intensity can be set using the control knobs on the left. We recommend the auto mode or the smallest fan.
Superior Room | Hotel Maximilian in Vienna

Cooling

The air conditioning units in the rooms only work when the windows are closed and the building's central cooling system is activated. For ecological reasons, this is only the case when the outside temperatures constantly exceed 21°C (=69.8 °F) and it does not cool down significantly at night.

Heating

For heating please use the radiators under the windows and in the bathroom.

The heating in the room is only activated when the central heating unit (district heating) of the building is activated. This is only the case when the outside temperature is constantly low. We recommend a medium thermostat setting to avoid overheating.

We wish you a pleasant stay in our hotel that will be memorable for a long time.
