This has been the third time we have stayed in your hotel and as always we have been pleased indeed with all aspects of your hospitality. We shall certainly be returning!!

The hotel is well situated - really close to the Schonbrunn palace gardens and the U-Bahn. The rooms are well proportioned and the facilities are fine. The front desk was very helpful in receiving some parcels I had delivered prior to my arrival. The facilities to change etc. if you arrive before the check-in time is also great. There were two things I think can be improved - a) it would have been nice is for the tea cups and water glasses to be replaced or washed when they were dirty and b) my room card didn't work on 2 occasions and I had to go to the front desk to get it redone. All in all a pleasant stay

Management needs to train cleaning staff. One cleaning staff commented openly ( in Chinese, apparently thinking we do not understand Chinese) complaining (we Japanese) care about small things, as they had to do the new bed sheet, which was promised by the reception.

Great experience overall and a good location. Would have preferred a hairdryer and the cleanliness of the rooms could use improvement. It was great that you could borrow an ironing board, however the surface of the board made it difficult to iron and the iron was burnt which resulted in the residue staining the shirt.

Our top floor suite facing the sunset was a perfect honeymoon spot. The room alone was the best value I’ve ever gotten from a reservation.
