We found an impressive and nice hotel, that we managed to stay few days with 2 children of 3/ 8 years ... quite comfortable. Rooms are big enough, clean, comfortable ... etc, breakfast is just fine for all tastes and ages. For parking, if you care about the concept of tax (and not a fine), you should take care and use a P+R facility ... or not :))(maybe for some people 50€ is just a coin). Also, the lobby/ reception area is crowded between 11-15 ... you may let there the luggage and stay well at restaurant, or make a walk in the Schönbrunn Park :)

We have stayed at your hotel four times and intend to return next year. It is nice that some of the staff remember us! It is a wonderful building offering excellent service.

It was convenient to get from the airport to the hotel by subway. The staff were very friendly and handled the check-in process well. The room was pleasant, and the cleaning service was excellent. I am very satisfied with my peaceful stay at this nice hotel.

Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend it, even though the staff at the front desk were friendly and it's close to the zoo. It feels like the property is in need of renovation.

Had already checked in, when received an e-mail and prompt about possible upgrades. Felt rather strange to have received this e-mail so late as I would have more than glad to have done the upgrade.

We very much loved our stay as the hotel is very atmospherical and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is sad that some staff were not friendly. The room and Schlosscafé was way too hot. The air conditioning did not work in the room, we had to open the windows all the time. But besides that we absolutely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel!!

Beautiful hotel, with amazing rooms and location. It's no wonder it is so popular, and very much worth staying in. Great staff, who are friendly, helpful and polite. A wonderful experience.

Only issue we had was with a sewer smell in the bathroom that got progressively worse during our 3 days

I like the hotel. The room was fabulous. Staff were a bit curt sometimes. We will stay there again for the rooms.

We chose this hotel based on a previous stay but were very disappointed. No toiletries, lacklustre service and some rude staff means that we would not stay here again. Such a shame because it is in a good location.
