This was certainly the last time I stayed at your hotel. I didn't know there would be a party for school kids, the encounter when checking in was horrible, the first room I got was really ugly, phones and wifi not working, no cold tap water. And all my complaints were met with an offer to change a room again. For example, since there would be this school party, you could have let me in to my room slightly earlier, you could have offered me cold water to drink for free in the room etc.

Perfect stay! Great location, great room, the size was very comfortable and the bed was heavenly!

Management needs to train cleaning staff. One cleaning staff commented openly ( in Chinese, apparently thinking we do not understand Chinese) complaining (we Japanese) care about small things, as they had to do the new bed sheet, which was promised by the reception.

Great experience overall and a good location. Would have preferred a hairdryer and the cleanliness of the rooms could use improvement. It was great that you could borrow an ironing board, however the surface of the board made it difficult to iron and the iron was burnt which resulted in the residue staining the shirt.
