Excellent location, facilities were quite good. Staff was friendly and helpful. One item is the housekeeping. I had the same 'leaf' on my floor for my entire stay and left it to see how long it was going to be there - never left, meaning no one swept of did my floor. bathroom was always spotless. Overall my stay was great and would come back again if the opportunity ever arises.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The lady who kindly allowed me to check in earlier was incredibly friendly, welcoming and generous. After travelling from the other side of the world, I really appreciated the warm hospitality and flexibility. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were exceptionally friendly. It’s clear that great care is taken to make guests feel welcome. I’ll definitely be back and will happily recommend this hotel to friends, family and others travelling to the area. Thank you once again for your wonderful hospitality!

The overall experience was nice. The valet was very helpful and eager to help always and what I liked is that he always had a smile on his face. I am so sorry I didn't catch his name. He's about 40-50 yrs old with grey beard if I remember correctly and he always welcomed everybody with a smile. The reception desk staff was also helpful everytime we asked for something

I find Austria Trend Parkhotel Schönbrunn an outstanding place to stay in Vienna. The location is g., across the street to Schönbrunn Palace, the park, the zoo, the botanical garden, and plenty of shops and supermarkets. It’s a lively neighborhood without feeling overly touristic, and the moment you walk in, you immediately feel the charm of authentic Austria thanks to the hotel’s rich history and elegant atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the check‑in and check‑out process was effortless. My room was spacious, spotless, and offered plenty of storage space for clothes. The bed deserves special mention because the mattress was superb, and I slept extremely well throughout my stay. The room also had a large TV and excellent WiFi. Considering the quality of the experience, the price/quality ratio was excellent. Everything felt well thought out, reliable, and comfortable. I can recommend Austria Trend Parkhotel Schönbrunn to anyone visiting Vienna, and we will definitely return on our next trip.

Hotel is beautiful and authentic,all the best to the staff and especially for the person who helps with the lugage who works there for many years.We are guests that have been coming to the hotel for aleady 5 years the only downside is that we were given a room this year without a balcony

. I would happily go back just for the mattress and the breakfast . The rooms are spacious. The young Staff are very kind and helpful but some of the more senior ones need to relearn the rules of hospitality . I was ignored for 15 minutes by the supervisor purposely fixed on his screen who absolutely refused to make eye contact or acknowledge my presence . All I wanted to do was return my key

This charming character-full hotel meets every expectation. The balcony facing the Schoenbrunn Palace gardens is soothing wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to come back.

There are many things I want to say but the one word is phenomenal. The staff was exceptional. They were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was so beautiful the views awesome and the train station a hundred yard away. The zoo was across the street. Multiple restaurants all around the hotel plus their own and bar. The room was amazing. I felt i was staying with royalty. The hotel left us speechless.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Austrian Trend Parkhotel Schönbrunn. The property itself is beautiful, with its elegant historical décor and charming atmosphere. We especially loved the courtyard, which was a lovely place to relax. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés, making it very convenient for exploring Vienna. We also found several members of the staff to be exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. There are only a couple of small suggestions for improvement. It would be nice if the bathrooms included body lotion, and the towels could be of a higher quality. These were minor details, however, and did not detract from what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay. We would happily stay here again and would recommend the hotel to others visiting Vienna.

We loved the quiet room and the atmosphere inside was elegant and grand. We loved the breakfast with so many options. It was so delicious every morning. The location was close to major attractions and public transportation.

My stay at Austria Trend Hotel Vienna was deeply disappointing. When I arrived at 10:00 AM, one of the receptionists greeted me warmly and told me that I was reserved for a premium room on the 4th floor with a view toward the palace and the church. He said I could leave my luggage and return at 3:00 PM for check-in. When I came back at 3:00 PM, there was a very long line at reception, and it took about 50 minutes to reach the front desk. At that point, the receptionist initially started writing a room number beginning with 14, then crossed it out and changed it to room 1217. This room was on a lower floor, had no view, was very noisy from the street, and the mattress was unusable. It then took another hour before the room was finally changed. What made this even more upsetting was hearing a colleague say that he had been upgraded to a premium room on the 4th floor with a church view for no apparent reason. Later, I also experienced repeated problems during my stay, including a fire alarm during the night, the air conditioning not working afterward, and having to reactivate my key card over and over again. On another occasion, while I was waiting patiently in line to have my key card activated, I was skipped over so another guest could be helped first. After multiple interactions like this, I was left feeling that I was treated differently and unfairly during my stay. Overall, this was not just an uncomfortable hotel stay. It felt disrespectful, disorganized, and at times deeply demeaning. I expect much better professionalism, consistency, and fairness from a hotel of this standard.

It was convenient to get from the airport to the hotel by subway. The staff were very friendly and handled the check-in process well. The room was pleasant, and the cleaning service was excellent. I am very satisfied with my peaceful stay at this nice hotel.

Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend it, even though the staff at the front desk were friendly and it's close to the zoo. It feels like the property is in need of renovation.
