Had already checked in, when received an e-mail and prompt about possible upgrades. Felt rather strange to have received this e-mail so late as I would have more than glad to have done the upgrade.

We very much loved our stay as the hotel is very atmospherical and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is sad that some staff were not friendly. The room and Schlosscafé was way too hot. The air conditioning did not work in the room, we had to open the windows all the time. But besides that we absolutely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel!!

Beautiful hotel, with amazing rooms and location. It's no wonder it is so popular, and very much worth staying in. Great staff, who are friendly, helpful and polite. A wonderful experience.

Only issue we had was with a sewer smell in the bathroom that got progressively worse during our 3 days

I like the hotel. The room was fabulous. Staff were a bit curt sometimes. We will stay there again for the rooms.

We chose this hotel based on a previous stay but were very disappointed. No toiletries, lacklustre service and some rude staff means that we would not stay here again. Such a shame because it is in a good location.
