We have had 8 wonderful days in your hotel and plan to return next year. The atmosphere is wonderful. All the staff are friendly and helpful and remembered us from our previous visit. The breakfast is amazing. We enjoyed the selection very much. The staff are wonderful and looked after us so well. It was nice to be greeted every morning by the lady at the Reception Desk. One of the staff remembered us and her service was amazing. The omelette girl was fun!

This a beautiful hotel, great location near metro, palace and zoo. The breakfast is wonderful with a large selection of breakfast foods. The front desk staff were very helpful with directions.

Our stay was as pleasant as always. Every single person we met was friendly and did everything to fullfill our needs. Espescially Mr. Humair and Mr. Adnan at breakfast did a fantastic job in making a privately difficult trip more easy for us. Thanks a lot for that!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, ideally located close to all services and just a few steps from Schönbrunn Palace. I highly recommend this establishment, which far exceeded our expectations thanks to its remarkable architecture, the quality of its facilities, and above all, the kindness and professionalism of its staff and management. I arrived early at the hotel straight from the airport. The intention was to ask to leave my luggage while I sight see, however when I got to reception the lady there offered to give me another room and do an early check in. I was pleasantly surprised she was so lovely knowing I have been up early and had not had any sleep. I was so appreciative for her kindness and professionalism. I was shown to my room and I was so surprised to see how big and beautiful the room was. So spacious and clean. Just the right temperature too. I thoroughly loved my bed it was so comfortable. The hotel overall is beautiful the staff are friendly and it is located right next to the train station that connects you to central Vienna. The hotel is opposite Schönbrunn Palace literally a short walk away. I have nothing but good things to say about my stay here, I highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Vienna.

Overall a good experience. Great location in a fabulous area. Nice bedroom and decent beds. Hotel spotless clean but perhaps a bit clinical too. Some staff, not all, a bit cold.

Hotel is excellent, but i only had complaints about breakfast, since it was overcrowded with guests after Kroaten ball, the food did not arrive soon enough so we had to wait for staff to notice it...

Apart from the unhelpfulness and aloofness of some of the Reception staff, we had a very pleasant stay. When we arrived, I went inside to check in, the Receptionist checked us in, she didn't make it clear which room we were in, so after wandering around for about 5 minutes, a Porter then asked which room we were in, he them showed me where the lifts were, I took the luggage upstairs, I then came back down to collect my husband who was still outside where is was very cold. My husband is in a wheelchair, and I wasn't told when i made the booking that there are steps leading to the Reception desk, we were there then told that there was a ramp at the other end of the building, BUT, it was through the Bar/Café, not a good look, as it was very busy. There is a lift from the pavement to the Reception, but we weren't told that until we had been there 3 days, and it was a Porter that told us, the Reception staff should have told us about the lift. They did know this as when I made the booking I told them that my husband was in a wheelchair. When we eventually got to our room, we were wanting Room Service, we didn't find a Menu, so I went back down stairs to enquire, no room service, just the Menu in the 1 bar that was open, (it was a Monday night with a function going on) We also found that this wasn't true, as we were going down to dinner, there was a room service trolley outside a room on our floor. We wanted a table, but as they were so busy, it would be at least an hours wait, so we booked a table and the staff phoned us when a table became available. The Bar staff, Alexander and a young lady, ( I can't remember her name, sorry) were working really hard but made our meal very enjoyable, as they were very friendly and made us feel welcome, taking an interest in why we were there, they also gave us some recommendations. My husband and I have both worked in hotels, so we know what is like. We would stay again, but I hope the Reception staff have some more training.

Very nice. The ballroom was just wonderful! possibly the best place I've ever eaten breakfast. One thing, you need to supply a PC or Laptop for customer use, it can be located in the reception/bar area and easily secured to a table.

We enjoyed our stay and will probably return in the summer. Which confirms that we were satisfied. Beautiful building and right next door to the Schloss Schönbrunn make your hotel a perfect location to stay if one is not looking for a more central hotel.
