Overall Ok: staff could be more courteous. Not super efficient at the reception. Not clear indications about the option to have the room cleaned or not. The facility starts to show the wear and tear of time. A very good selection of food and beverages at the breakfast, though.

Mostly dissatisfied due to the staff. My room key was not working at one point, I had to walk all the way back to the reception and not even a word of apology when handing me the repaired card. I was genuinly underwhelmed.

I am a frequent traveler and I stayed in your hotel many times until now . But this time was awful :( Very expensive 570 EUR for 2 nights in a small room with view to a wall , room 4106 . It was late when bmve arrived ,around 19.00 , and we were tired and we chose to stay , but this is the only reason we remanind !! :(

As mentioned, the lack of air conditioning in the room was disappointing, the lack of attention to get it fixed was unacceptable. We even asked to swap rooms, but this was far too complicated for your staff to sort until the following day - when the new reservation staff were on duty then knew nothing of the issues. We picked your hotel because the rooms have air conditioning, to then find we had to endure 4 nights in the middle of summer without it, spoilt our visit and unfortunately means we are highly unlikely to return to your hotel.

This is undoubtedly one of the finest and fairly priced hotels in Europe. The staff is unfailingly pleasant and helpful, the building is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, the air conditioning during a very hot summer was effective, the breakfast buffet is amazing, and the hotel restaurant is wonderful. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Vienna.

Very nice hotel, beautiful. Rooms are spacious with high ceilings. Floor is a bit creaky. Service very good, polite. I greatly appreciate being allowed to check in early. Breakfast was very good. Convenient location near train and next to many shops and restaurants.

We often stay here when visiting Vienna. A convenient location, good clean rooms and an excellent breakfast. Try to get a room in the main building - the rooms in the newer wings have low ceilings.

For all of the reasons I give above, I cannot rate the hotel any higher than a "6". You do need to visit other international hotels to see for yourselves how much higher their offering is to we guests, so that you might improve

Nice hotel but the air conditioning situation is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. The Air Conditioning needs to be available at all times for guests to control. The fact the AC is controlled by the outside temperature is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. I will stay elsewhere next time because of this.

Your hotel in Slovenia is much newer and nicer than the one in Viena. We loved the one in Slovenia much more than this other one. That’s the reason we booked a different hotel in Innsbruck tonight

Over the years this hotel has become my home away from home. Staff is always knowlegeble, helpful and friendly. Location in tops. Premium rooms are luxurious and having a balcony in summer is great.

The staff are the stars of this hotel! Very helpful and polite. (Thank you for answering all our questions, Marina!) it is fairly accessible to downtown Vienna and brilliant if you want to spend time at the Schonbrunn residence. Try to get a room facing an inner courtyard that has lots of trees!

Fantastic base (we were a group of friends) to explore Vienna, very conveniently located next to transport hub into city centre. Lovely location to be next to the Schonbrunn gardens. The dinner in restaurant was excellent and the breakfast choice was superb. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

The extremely late check-in in one of the rooms and the darkness in the bathroom for 3 days out of our 4-day stay was a disturbing and unpleasant experience in this high-rated hotel. During our previous visits everything was flawless, the negative experiences were surprising this time.
