Trend Parkhotel Schönbrunn was an excellent choice for us to stay in Vienna for a long weekend. The proximity to public transit made it easy to explore all the interesting places in the city. We also spent time at the nearby palace, enjoying the Christmas market, touring, and taking in a concert. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall we were very satisfied except for the proximity to downtown, it cost us a fortune and time to go back and forth with uber but that’s not your fault ☺️ we truly enjoyed our stay and we will be back someday again.

Management needs to train cleaning staff. One cleaning staff commented openly ( in Chinese, apparently thinking we do not understand Chinese) complaining (we Japanese) care about small things, as they had to do the new bed sheet, which was promised by the reception.

Great experience overall and a good location. Would have preferred a hairdryer and the cleanliness of the rooms could use improvement. It was great that you could borrow an ironing board, however the surface of the board made it difficult to iron and the iron was burnt which resulted in the residue staining the shirt.

Our top floor suite facing the sunset was a perfect honeymoon spot. The room alone was the best value I’ve ever gotten from a reservation.

This hotel is on a a very good location, opposite the park and only 1 minute from the public trasport station, which brings you within 20 minutes to the centre, this was great. It is a very pleasant and clean hotel and a nice staff. We stayed 4 nights and will do it again if we return to Vienna, perfect price for good quality.
