We were staying at your hotel 3 years ago and we were satisfied. This time- 3 nights like 900 €, the service is totally different. Staff barely speaking english, not helpful at all, badly cleaned room, no amenities, no coffee pods,... I think we will note come again despite great location.

Our top floor suite facing the sunset was a perfect honeymoon spot. The room alone was the best value I’ve ever gotten from a reservation.

This hotel is on a a very good location, opposite the park and only 1 minute from the public trasport station, which brings you within 20 minutes to the centre, this was great. It is a very pleasant and clean hotel and a nice staff. We stayed 4 nights and will do it again if we return to Vienna, perfect price for good quality.

This is an exceptionally clean and comfortable hotel. The building retains its historic grandeur but has every modern facility including fast free WiFi. Its location is ideal for visiting all the sights Vienna has to offer with Vienna’s famous public transportation system within easy walking distance. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast, catering for all tastes, that can be taken in the airy breakfast room or on the terrace. The hotel restaurant has a limited menu with a wider range of food available within easy walking distance. Definitely a hotel to use when visiting Vienna.

I am a regular hotel guests at Parkhotel Schönbrunn and always had nice stays in the past. This year I missed the personal approach and friendliness of staff members. There was definitely something missing and the atmosphere was tensed. The quality of cleannes has dropped significantly, especially in the hotel rooms. It seemed that the cleaning staff had few time to clean touroughly. Each morning they knocked on our door very early and tried to come in while we were still in bed waking up. I can only give positive remarks on the bar staff.

We have had 8 wonderful days in your hotel and plan to return next year. The atmosphere is wonderful. All the staff are friendly and helpful and remembered us from our previous visit. The breakfast is amazing. We enjoyed the selection very much. The staff are wonderful and looked after us so well. It was nice to be greeted every morning by the lady at the Reception Desk. One of the staff remembered us and her service was amazing. The omelette girl was fun!

This a beautiful hotel, great location near metro, palace and zoo. The breakfast is wonderful with a large selection of breakfast foods. The front desk staff were very helpful with directions.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, ideally located close to all services and just a few steps from Schönbrunn Palace. I arrived early at the hotel straight from the airport. The intention was to ask to leave my luggage while I sight see, however when I got to reception the lady there offered to give me another room and do an early check in. I was pleasantly surprised she was so lovely knowing I have been up early and had not had any sleep. I was so appreciative for her kindness and professionalism. I was shown to my room and I was so surprised to see how big and beautiful the room was. So spacious and clean. Just the right temperature too. I thoroughly loved my bed it was so comfortable. The hotel overall is beautiful the staff are friendly and it is located right next to the train station that connects you to central Vienna. The hotel is opposite Schönbrunn Palace literally a short walk away. I have nothing but good things to say about my stay here, I highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Vienna.
