While the accommodation was deeply disappointing, the breakfast service was perfect. Finally, we would like to commend the housekeeping and restaurant staff.

Good hotel, with woderful view and free paking. Friendly and professional staff. Clean rooms. Very good, fresh and varied breakfast. For a 4 stars hotel, the bathroom could be better equipped and refurbished.

The site with views is fantastic and the building is a real gem. The fact that you have closed the restaurant bar completely is a show-stopper and will hinder guests to rebook your premise. You really need to refurbish the hotel, increase amenities and urgently reopen your restaurant/cafe given the terrace with views this property has!

Hotel reply

Dear Mike H., Thank you for sharing your thoughts regarding your recent visit to Austria Trend Hotel Schloss Wilhelminenberg. We appreciate your compliments about the stunning views and the charm of our historic building. However, we understand your disappointment regarding the closure of the restaurant bar. Your feedback is invaluable as we continually strive to enhance our guest experience. We will take your comments into consideration for our future planning.
