The main reception and restaurant/terrace were wonderful. Your staff were friendly and helpful and the wedding reception room was gorgeous. However we found the rooms a little outdated and they could probably use a bit of updating. The bathroom was extremely small but it was just about OK for one person. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning, in 35 degrees of heat, which made sleeping extremely difficult. The fans provided were not very efficient. I realise the weather is beyond your control but if the summers are going to get hotter, you really do need to address the issue of some kind of air conditioning. But overall, a great stay!

I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights for a holiday. I liked the quiet location (with the exception of groups of young people that passed my window late in the evening). The city centre is easily accessible by public transport. The view from the hotel terrace on Vienna is magnificent. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices of food and drinks. The only "complaint" I have is about the temperature in my room which was quiet high (my room was on the second floor). Nevertheless I would recommend the hotel..
