    Die Bäckerei - Kulturbackstube

The old rooms of the former large Therese Mölk bakery have character. They offer space for workshops, flea markets, events, vernissages and good discussions with young artists. Just drop by and let yourself be inspired by the creative crew!

    endlich

Endlich (“Finally”) is a platform for artists and creative people. It is where florists, tailors or jewellers work, exhibit and network all under one roof. A little bit of Berlin in the middle of the Alps, a cosmopolitan space where everyone feels immediately welcome!

    VIER UND EINZIG

Today the old textile factory stands for culture, dance, music, therapy and architecture. The almost 2600 square metres are shared by sewing machines, physiotherapists and dancing couples. Really fine: the evening U- and E-music concerts in the main hall!

Innsbruck museums which you should visit

Not always imperial, but always interesting

As a former imperial residence (with a view of the Alps, mind you) Innsbruck was an important location in Austrian history. That's why there is a quasi second Hofburg with imperial apartments - as in Vienna. Especially Maximilian I was delighted with his Innsbruck. So delighted that he also wanted to be buried here: the Court Church is actually only there because of him - however he did not live to see the 40 statues, the "black men", which he wanted to have around his grave. Today only 28 remain. Rich ones too.
