    Wiener Philharmoniker

    The Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra launched its popular Beethoven cycle as early as autumn 2019. On ten evenings until mid-June 2020, members of changing ensembles presented a variety of chamber music in the Gustav Mahler Hall of the Vienna State Opera. The famous "Sommernachtskonzert" in front of Schönbrunn Palace for the first time took place as a TV event in September 2020.

    Wiener Symphoniker

    In the Vienna Konzerthaus the Vienna Symphony Orchestra presents Beethoven's musical repertoire in detail. The spectrum ranges from his 9th Symphony on New Year's Day to the "Ninth" on New Year's Eve 2020.

    Am Himmel

    This popular outdoor destination offers not only a great view of Vienna but also a very special sound experience. This year, visitors can listen to all 722 works of Beethoven in over 180 hours of total playing time.
