    Café Bazar

Leather benches, crystal chandeliers, freshly pulled apple strudel - Café Bazar is Austrian coffee house culture at its best. The terrace directly on the River Salzach and the view over the old town also make the traditional café a top address for a lazy breakfast at weekends. The pastries are a dream and the newspaper stands are always well filled – why not just spend all day here!

    Mirabell Gardens

Simply sit down and watch the endless groups of tourists pass by. You should do that and nothing else in the Mirabell Gardens!  In that way you can best enjoy the splendidly arranged flowerbeds and the magnificent setting!

    Gaisberg

If you have travelled to Salzburg by car, you should definitely invest 1-2 hours and drive up the Gaisberg. Not only is the road itself fun to drive, the view from the summit is literally breathtaking. I would rather be no where else in the world to watch the sunset!
