    Breakfast at Horngipfel

In summer a very special ride on the Kitzbühel cable car will take you up to the Horn. It starts at 4.30 a.m. when it is still pitch dark. Once you are sitting in the gondola, the first rays of sun are already visible from behind the Loferer Steinbergen mountain range. At the top you can hear music being played. Ham, bread, cheese and fruit await you in the house at the top. Athletes and night owls don’t bother taking the ride and hike up. Pure magic!

    Bergisel Sky Restaurant

With a little bit of luck a ski jumper will fly past below while you are eating your breakfast egg. A meal in the Restaurant Sky at the Bergisel ski jump is an absolute must-do! Because, surrounded by glass, you have the best view over the city and the ski jump. And because you can’t order a more creative signature dish in any other restaurant: the Bergisel cake in ski jump look!

    Resterhöhe

Fluffy “Kaiserschmarrn” instead of Chi Chi cuisine. A young and friendly team, plus a breath-taking view of the mountains. We are talking about the Resterhöhe, which "modernly interprets" 150 years of alpine hut tradition. One plus point: you don't have to be a skier or hiking fan to get up there. Anyone can travel quickly and very comfortably up to the hut in the 6-seater chairlift!

    Porzellanwerkstatt Barbara Schmidt

Plates, cups, vases, bowls, jugs. Barbara Schmidt produces white porcelain in her porcelain workshop on Römerweg. Inspired by nature, she paints it by hand and also makes her own pottery. Very fine tableware and wonderful souvenirs!
