Surroundings & Activities

The Eventhotel Pyramide is a place of many superlatives. The uniquely designed building is set amongst 45,000 m2 of landscaped greenery and features a range of wellness and fitness facilities, tranquil oasis zones and several restaurants and bars in the hotel’s own conference centre. You don’t need to leave the grounds for a varied programme of things to do, but this is just where the possibilities begin.

The almost limitless attractions of the capital are only about 30 minutes away by car, and Shopping City Süd – one of Europe’s largest shopping centres with about 330 shops that cater for every need – is right on your doorstep. The shops and restaurants of the 270,000 m2  mall are only a very short walk away from the Eventhotel Pyramide.

The hotel is also an ideal base for discovering what the wider region has to offer. The number one destination is of course Vienna, with all its famous sights, arts and culture and nightlife. Alternatively, take the more leisurely option and hop on the Badner Bahn tramway, which takes you right into the centre of town to the Vienna State Opera house.

But Vienna doesn’t have a monopoly on nearby attractions. A ten-minute drive south-west will take you to Golf & Country Club Brunn with an attractive 18-hole course and driving range. Perchtoldsdorf, one of the most well-known wine destinations in the vicinity of Vienna, is a great place to round of a successful day with a glass of wine. The town’s 1,000-year-old castle is also well worth a visit, which serves as a year-round comedy, theatre and concert venue.
