If you make a reservation online on the Austria Trend website and find an identical offer with the same booking terms for a lower price within 24 hours from the conclusion of the booking, we will adjust the price of your existing reservation accordingly.

Submitting a price claim
To submit a claim, please fill in the online form on our website within 24 hours from the conclusion of the booking and at least 48 hours before the date of arrival (according to the standard hotel arrival time).
The processing of enquires relating to the best price guarantee takes at least 48 hours per enquiry, so claims cannot be submitted if the original reservation is made less than 48 hours before arrival at the hotel.
If the claim fulfils all the conditions, after it has been verified the best price guarantee will take effect and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. In the case of prepayment, the hotel will credit the difference to the previously charged credit card. All claims will be assessed within two business days.
If the best price guarantee is not applicable and you would like to cancel the reservation through our Austria Trend website, please note that the agreed cancellation conditions will still be applicable.
Incomplete or defective claims cannot be assessed. You will therefore be requested by e-mail to complete your claim.
The following prices are excluded from the best price guarantee:
Austria Trend Hotels reserves the right to change or terminate the best price guarantee and the terms and conditions of business at any time. Such changes will be announced on this site at least 48 hours before they become effective.
Austria Trend Hotels can refuse the best price guarantee despite an entitlement to it if it provides proof of deliberate misuse or manipulation aimed at exploiting it for a different purpose.
These conditions apply for bookings submitted for verification after 1 June 2017.
