    Eisl Eis

In the middle of one of the passages of the Getreidegasse you will find the best ice cream in Salzburg – with one special feature: all (non-vegan) ice creams are made from sheep's milk and come directly from the Salzburg area. Just great, that's for sure!

    Schranne

Every Thursday a culinary spectacle takes place around St Andrew’s Church, for which you don't need a ticket: the “Schranne”. At four in the morning, the first stallholders fill their shelves with fruit, vegetables, cheese, bacon, smoked fish and organic bread. The spectacle ends at 1.00 pm.
